So Logan and our friend Justin just started P90 X. I'm debating in starting it myself... what are the pros and cons??? Should I or shouldn't I? Log can't walk too well because he's so blasted sore. I've heard that it's KILLER. What do you think?
I've heard it builds tons of muscle mass which is exactly what I DON'T want after being a swimmer with these huge lats for what...20 years? :-) I'm doing Zumba and I LOVE it!
You should do it. You can do the lean program and just do low weight, but lots of reps and then you will have lean muscles not big muscles. I have done it twice and I love it. It took off all my baby weight from having Bailey.
